Superintendent of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama’s Superintendency of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama is a government entity that regulates the insurance industry in Panama. The main objective of the Insurance and Reinsurance is to develop activities to strengthen the growth of the insurance industry, reinsurance and captive insurance companies in general as well as control, regulate and supervise these operations in order to provide the national and international financial sector efficient services that will yield benefits to the country.
